■I trained in Osaka, the city of taste, and returned to my hometown of Hamamatsu.

2021It is still a new shop that had its grand opening on December 4 of this year.

We would like the local people of Hamamatsu to taste fresh and delicious seafood and vegetables. Not only the ingredients, but also the drinks are Japan sake from Shimane Prefecture, where Izumo Taisha is located, which is difficult to taste in Hamamatsu. We have a variety of special types from Japan sake to shochu and wine. Please enjoy a drink with your meal.

Origin of the name of the store

My name is Shoichi. I combined the character "Sho" and the word "fluttering" and named it "Shoo".

Information in the store

It can be used for a wide range of people, from single people to children, banquets, and girls' parties. When making a reservation, you can also reserve your seat, so please feel free to contact us.

■ Zashiki (digging)

The seats are moat-kotatsu type, so it is easy to sit on, and in the cold winter months, there is underfloor heating, so you can spend a comfortable time. In the case of a large number of people, the partition can be removed to make it a banquet table.

Counter seats are also available so that even one person can feel free to come. Sit back and relax.

■ Water tank

There is a large aquarium in the store, and it is taken down from the tank after ordering, so the freshness is outstanding! They live until just before cooking, so you can enjoy fresh food.
